'Love'

Sometimes i really wonder why the word 'love' is used in tennis. There are a whole range of words that can be used eg:
*Zero, *Zlich *Zip *Nothing *Nil
So why is it love? Love is a positive word and it is hardly positive if you are losing!!! is it to make you feel better? Is it so your opponents can laugh at you? It is to make you feel more bad about yourself, giving love a bad name? I suppose one reason why is that it sound more kinder i would much rather be 6 love then 6 zilch. Mabey, someone who has no idea about tennis would think that you are winnning. Love is much better then any number!! :) I suppose why i am having a rant is that i lost a tennis match today 6-love. wasn't the reason i got into tennis!!!
There is only one instance in which i would be gald to be 6-love. If i where playing Rodger Federer, from switzerland(One of the best tennis players all time) and Christophe Rochus, Frenchman(Definate eye candy) in a doubles match!!! There would be lots &lots & lots of thing to keep my mind off the score!!!! :0

Bush fires

i would absoultley hate to be one of those bush fire people, to have all of your house, surroundings and neighbours gone i wouldn't know what to do. It would be insane!!!
All those people who are helping put are awsome. I read this article that the governer general was coming to a town gor a poolside BBQ, everyone was excited but then they relised that know one had bathers, they had all perished in their houses and between you and me arent really 'essential'. So they called up the closest lesuire center and the good people managed to pull up, i think it was a crazy number like 300 pairs of bathers in like 2 hours!! I the true love aussie spirit :)

Speaking of true aussie spirit i think Australia comes alive in Winter with all of our sports. Everyone seems to be in pre-season training either for football or Netball. I for one am in pre-season training for umpire trainng. Yep dagy as it may sound i am a boundary umpire for the local football league and boy do i have a laugh at training! :)

first blog

I love winter better than summer i have decided. its a tough choice but i love my footy *Geelong vs. Hawthorn round one!* but i also just luuurve cuddling up on the couch on my trackies RMWilliams jumper with a hot chocalte in my hands. I Love that feeling. Mind you thats not to say i dont like summer. i love going down to the closest beach for a swim and fish and chips.
My favourite place to swim is in a river, witha BBQ close :)
Speaking of things i love....... i love Hamish and Andy!!!!!! they are the absolute funniest blokes
